Investment Migration
LCR Capital Partners — Enterprise HubSpot and multilingual paid media driving global EB-5 investor leads
Built enterprise HubSpot infrastructure with 120K+ contacts, automated multilingual workflows, and managed paid media driving 105% growth in digital qualified opportunities.
The Challenge
The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program allows foreign nationals to obtain US permanent residency (green cards) by investing a minimum of $800,000 in a qualifying US project that creates at least 10 full-time jobs. The high investment threshold means every qualified lead represents significant potential revenue, and the sales cycle is long and complex — involving immigration attorneys, financial advisors, and family decision-making processes that can span months.
LCR Capital Partners is a leading EB-5 regional center operator. When we began working with them in 2018, their existing HubSpot setup wasn’t built for the scale or complexity they needed. They had a growing international investor base, leads coming from multiple channels, and no consistent system for intelligent routing and follow-up across a multicultural sales team spanning India, Brazil, GCC countries, Latin America, Asia Pacific, Europe, and Africa.
Our Approach
HubSpot Enterprise Architecture. We built a comprehensive HubSpot Enterprise system with custom properties for EB-5-specific data: investment readiness, visa type, source country, regional sales team assignment, and project interest. The database now contains over 120,000 contacts organized across multiple pipelines that track the full customer journey from initial inquiry through EB-5 petition filing (I-526 stage) and beyond. Automated lead scoring considers investment readiness, geographic origin, source channel, and engagement behavior.
Automated Lead Workflows. At the heart of the system are intelligent workflows that automatically route leads based on geography, language, and investment readiness. An inquiry from India goes to the India team. A Brazilian lead gets Portuguese-language follow-up and assignment to the Latin America specialist. A lead from GCC countries gets routed to the Middle East specialist with tailored messaging. This intelligent routing ensures no qualified lead falls through the cracks during a 6-12 month nurture cycle.
Multilingual Paid Media. Since 2018, we’ve managed campaigns running simultaneously in English, Spanish, and Portuguese across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Taboola. Each market gets localized campaigns — not just translated ones. India and Brazil are the dominant source markets, but the geographic diversification is notable: GCC countries, Latin America, Africa, Asia Pacific, and Europe all contribute meaningful deal flow through targeted multilingual advertising.
Client Investor Portal. We built a custom investor portal that syncs bidirectionally with HubSpot. Each investor client can log in and see their personal EB-5 project data, application status, investment details, and key milestones — all pulled automatically from HubSpot contact and deal properties. When data updates in HubSpot, it appears in the portal in real time. In an industry where transparency is often cited as a pain point, this has become a key differentiator for LCR Capital.
Web Development & Integration. We built their previous website, created all HubSpot landing pages for campaign destinations, and integrated systems across their entire digital ecosystem. The result is a unified infrastructure where paid traffic, organic traffic, and investor portal access all feed into the same HubSpot system.
The Results
The transformation in LCR Capital’s pipeline tells the story. In 2018-2019, the majority of EB-5 petitions originated from immigration firm referrals — the traditional channel for the industry. By 2024-2025, digital channels (including paid advertising to Wealth Management firms and Broker Dealers, plus direct-to-investor campaigns) represent a dramatically larger share of the pipeline.
Digital qualified opportunities have grown approximately 105% comparing the 2018-2019 average to the 2024-2025 average. India and Brazil drive the largest share, but the geographic diversification is significant: GCC countries, Latin America, Africa, Asia Pacific, and Europe all contribute meaningful volume through our multilingual advertising program. Key outcomes:
- 120,000+ contact database in HubSpot Enterprise with custom EB-5 properties and multi-pipeline architecture
- Approximately 105% growth in digital qualified opportunities from 2018-19 average to 2024-25
- Automated multilingual workflows routing leads to the correct regional sales team based on geography and language
- Continuous paid media management across four platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Taboola) in three languages
- Custom investor portal syncing bidirectionally with HubSpot, providing transparency and reducing operational burden
- Shift from referral-dominated to digital-augmented pipeline, representing fundamental transformation in acquisition
- Geographic diversification across India, Brazil, GCC, LATAM, Asia Pacific, Europe, and Africa
What We Learned
EB-5 marketing taught us that in high-value, long-cycle sales, the CRM isn’t just a tool — it IS the business. When each lead is worth potentially $800,000 in investment, every stage transition, every follow-up email, every lead score change has real revenue implications. The automation we built for LCR Capital doesn’t just save time; it prevents qualified leads from falling through the cracks during a 6-12 month nurture process.
The multilingual dimension adds another layer. A campaign targeting Indian investors needs different messaging, different landing pages, and different follow-up sequences than a campaign targeting Brazilian investors — even when the underlying product (EB-5 investment) is the same. We’ve learned that true multilingual marketing isn’t translation; it’s parallel campaign architecture where each language and market gets its own strategy.
The investor portal became an unexpected proof point for a broader principle: when your CRM data is clean and well-structured, it can power client-facing experiences, not just internal operations. The same HubSpot properties that the sales team uses to manage the pipeline now power a personalized investor dashboard. That dual use — internal CRM and external transparency tool — is something we’ve since recommended to other clients in high-value service industries.
