The Challenge

Latitude is a residency and citizenship solutions firm offering programmes across Europe, the Caribbean, and North America — from Portuguese Golden Visas and Maltese residency to Caribbean citizenship in Dominica, Grenada, and St. Kitts & Nevis, and EB-5 investment in the United States. Their target audience is high-net-worth individuals seeking better citizenship, residency, and educational opportunities for their families.

When Latitude needed to expand into Latin American markets, they faced a multi-dimensional challenge. Six countries — Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela, Chile, and Mexico — each have distinct economic and political conditions driving emigration interest. The target demographic is affluent, highly educated professionals aged 35-55, often married with families, conducting business across multiple countries. Reaching this audience requires campaigns in both Spanish and Portuguese, with messaging that addresses each country’s specific motivations for seeking alternative residency or citizenship.

Our Approach

Google Ads Campaign Architecture (47% of spend). We built six campaigns covering each LATAM market, with multiple ad groups per campaign targeting European Residency & Citizenship, Caribbean Citizenship, and North American Residency programmes. Keywords were researched in both Spanish and Portuguese with broad, phrase, and exact match strategies. Geographic targeting used bid modifiers for desktop and mobile, and A/B split testing optimized ad copy continuously. Monthly budget allocation ranged from $12,200 in the launch month down to $3,700 during optimization phases as we identified the highest-performing segments.

Facebook Lead Generation (29% of spend). We implemented direct lead forms on Facebook rather than landing page redirects, maximizing conversion rates by reducing friction. Campaigns targeted males and females aged 32-65 with premium credit cards working in finance, banking, services, and retail sectors. Three ad groups segmented the audience by programme interest: European Citizenship & Residency, Caribbean Citizenship highlighting visa-free travel to 119+ nations, and North American Residency & Visa Programmes. All ad creative included Spanish and Portuguese subtitles.

LinkedIn Professional Targeting (23% of spend). LinkedIn campaigns targeted high-position professionals in mid-to-large corporations across the target countries. Lead ad format with direct forms was used to capture qualified investor inquiries. The professional targeting capabilities on LinkedIn were particularly valuable for reaching the C-suite and senior management demographic that investment migration programmes require.

Event Marketing Integration. We integrated campaign timing with Latitude’s investor events: an EB-5 event in São Paulo in April and private events across Mexico City, Guadalajara, and Monterrey in May. Campaigns were structured to drive registrations for these events, connecting digital lead generation with in-person sales opportunities.

The Results

The six-month campaign established Latitude’s digital presence across six Latin American markets simultaneously. The three-channel approach ensured coverage across search intent (Google), social proof (Facebook), and professional targeting (LinkedIn). Key outcomes:

  • Six LATAM markets activated with localized campaigns in Spanish and Portuguese
  • Three-channel campaign architecture with optimized budget allocation by platform
  • Google Ads campaigns with market-specific keyword strategies across 32 ad groups
  • Facebook lead forms capturing investor inquiries with demographic-qualified targeting
  • LinkedIn campaigns reaching C-suite and senior management professionals
  • Event marketing integration driving registrations for investor events in Brazil and Mexico
  • Remarketing funnel for re-engaging site visitors who didn’t complete initial inquiry

What We Learned

Latitude reinforced a lesson we’d learned with LCR Capital and other investment migration clients: high-net-worth lead generation requires parallel campaign architectures, not translated versions of the same campaign. A Brazilian investor searching for “cidadania europeia” has different motivations and expectations than a Venezuelan searching for “residencia en el Caribe.” The countries share a continent but not a mindset.

The three-channel approach also revealed clear platform strengths. Google Ads captured intent-driven leads — people actively searching for citizenship programmes. Facebook was strongest for awareness and lead form completion among affluent demographics. LinkedIn delivered the highest-quality professional targeting but at higher cost per lead. Understanding which platform serves which role in the funnel is critical for budget optimization in investment migration marketing.
